I have found myself in a serious situation that is absolutely NOT okay. One of my Gackt wallpapers that I have designed was used as a background for a watch to make money off of. Let me make this clear: IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT OKAY TO DO THIS.

I GIVE NOT PERMISSION TO USE MY DESIGNS FOR PROFIT. EVER.

As I state in the description for each of my work, my designs are for fanmade purposes ONLY. The reason I make these designs is to keep as desktop backgrounds and THAT'S IT. I don't even sell my own drawings, and I ESPECIALLY have no intention selling photomanipulated designs. I also use other people's resources that I link credit to, so not only is it disrespectful towards me, but disrespectful towards them as well. AND to Gackt.

I'm assuming that this person is either saw it from deviantArt or livejournal, since my designs are only found on either two. I have reported this person on ebay to hopefully get it removed. Please do not purchase this bootleg item with my stolen design.

If anyone else finds any of my designs used for profit, please let me know. Thanks.

Just a few quick things to cover, since I really don't update my journal on deviantART very often xD

1st. Thank You!
I'm really terrible with this, but I would like to thank everyone who favorites my work! 8D I apologize for not commenting back. I'm really glad you like my graphics or artwork, it's very appreciated! I would also like to thank all the watchers! I'm very flattered!

2nd. Requests
I apologize beforehand, but I don't take requests. I know I got a few people who had asked me if I could make something for them, but I can't always guarantee it will look as good as something seen on this account ~_~

HOWEVER, if you really like something you see, I wouldn't mind writing out a tutorial for you similar to how I made mine. Don't hesitate to ask =] All my tutorials can be found on my graphic journal listed below.

Also, I've had a few people even send me notes talking about Gackt xD Feel free to just stike convos up about him too. Srsly. I can talk about him nonstop, I really don't mind -obvious Gacktard is obvious-

Note 2.

Alright, I don't know what the problem exactly is, but it's kind of irritating that my Hyde wallpapers are the targets, when I thought it was a resource problem. I find it kind of strange that 2 of my other pieces were taken down, both featuring Hyde.
So I'll just say this:

I DON'T OWN HYDE, OR ANY OTHER ARTIST THAT I MAKE GRAPHICS OUT OF.

Is there someone out there that has a problem with my Hyde wallpapers or something? I know I'm not the only person who makes graphics using Hyde's images.

People are so annoying. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong, but I would love to know so I could somehow fix this stupid nonsense.

Note 1.

I have just received a note from DA taking down one of my pieces because it "violated" terms. Let me just make a few things clear, for anyone who stumbles upon this:

- Any celebrity photos I use for wallpapers, I DO NOT OWN. Photo-manupulating is just a hobby of mine, I do not claim ownership over these scans. Besides, half of DA IS copyright material manupulated. So I'm not sure if that was the problem.

- In all of my work, there is ALWAYS a resources link leading to where I keep my resources. If I used one of your resources and were not credited, simply leave a comment either on DA or the resource post telling me so, and it will be added. See? No big deal. If that was the problem, I would have appreciated it letting be known before reporting.

- Everything posted is ALL done by me. I do not take other people's work and stick it on my account. So that can't possibly be the problem.

I don't know the reason why that piece was taken down, nor do I think I will know if the person reporting me doesn't step forward to let me know.
